Refund policy

Change of mind: you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it (if it arrives in separate parcels, after the day you receive the last one), and we go further: you have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return unused items in their original packaging. Email mansishiroya07@gmail.com with your order number to start a return and we'll tell you where to send it. You don't need to use a form, but you can use the model cancellation form in our terms of service if you prefer. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: email us with a photo. If you tell us within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund including delivery, or a replacement, and you won't need to send the item back unless we ask (if we do, we'll pay the postage). After 30 days you still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair or replacement and, if that doesn't work, a refund or price reduction.

Hygiene items: if you've used a feeding bowl, slow feeder or grooming brush, you can't return it under our extra 30-day returns. You can still cancel within your legal 14 days, but if the item has been used more than needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. Your rights for faulty items are not affected.

Refunds: we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you showing us you've sent it back, if sooner. If you cancel before your order has been sent, we refund within 14 days of you telling us. For faulty items, we refund within 14 days of agreeing that you're entitled to a refund. Refunds include the original standard delivery charge for full-order cancellations.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.
